In other words, go do something that makes you feel inspired or creatively engaged. That might mean reading in bed with one of those YouTube ASMR playlists on, or sitting at the coffee shop, or going for a walk in the forest. It might mean an hour or a full day. Whatever you have capacity for — the point is simply to engage your creative sensitivities.
Tangible, intangible, doesn't matter. Things you want to have, to be, to feel, to experience all welcome.
